Silvia Lana is a lawyer with extensive experience in corporate crisis and insolvency proceedings, both in relation to procedures aimed at managing and resolving corporate crises and in relation to related litigation.
In 2025, she attended the "Course on Corporate Crisis and Insolvency" organized by Scuola Superiore dell'Avvocatura (Higher School of Advocacy) and Consiglio Nazionale Forense (National Bar Council), which qualifies her for registration in the Register of Crisis Managers.
Silvia also works in the field of civil law and related litigation, particularly in the real estate, condominium, and rental sectors, as well as in debt collection for banks, commercial law, and corporate law. Silvia deals with companies operating mainly in the procurement and industrial production sectors, in all phases of civil proceedings, assisted negotiation, mediation, and contract drafting. Silvia offers legal advice that includes both dispute management and assistance in contract drafting and review, ensuring professional and personalized support to clients. She also assists private clients in separation and divorce proceedings, as well as in condominium and real estate disputes. Silvia graduated in law from the University of Milan Bicocca and obtained a master's degree in tax law from Bocconi University in Milan. Silvia speaks Italian and Spanish and is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
