Bruno Brucoli is a corporate lawyer with extensive experience in civil litigation before Italian courts of all levels and arbitration bodies. He has extensive experience in the legal management of insolvency proceedings and extraordinary transactions related to crisis situations, including acquisitions and disposals of companies and assets from insolvency proceedings. He provides ongoing advice on restructuring and recovery operations, integrating crisis management tools with operational and financial strategies aimed at restoring business continuity, including indirectly. He works regularly in commercial and corporate law, assisting clients in matters of corporate governance, transfers of shareholdings and companies, extraordinary and financial transactions (M&A), real estate acquisitions, including for tourism, hospitality, industrial, and commercial purposes, as well as in business contracts and banking and labor law relations.n He has specific expertise in tax law, with reference to both administrative and criminal aspects, also providing assistance in matters of criminal tax law, administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, and bankruptcy offenses.n He provides defense services using dispute resolution tools and assists clients in all levels of administrative and ordinary proceedings, with an approach focused on prevention and efficient conflict management.
