Her experience also extends to legal assistance in extraordinary transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of companies and assets from crisis situations. She has also assisted both creditors and entrepreneurs in complex restructuring and reorganization transactions. She has served as Special Commissioner for banking companies, member of the Supervisory Committee, Trustee, Judicial Commissioner, and Liquidator of investment funds. In 2000, she founded the law firm Inzitari & Partners with Prof. Bruno Inzitari, of whom she was a partner until December 2024. She is a member of the Banking Law and Third Sector Commission at the Milan Bar Association. Anna Maria graduated with honors from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan with a thesis on commercial law assigned by Prof. Giuseppe Benedetto Portale.
