Alberto Roda is an experienced civil lawyer specializing in corporate crisis resolution, bankruptcy law, corporate law, and real estate. Alberto served as a judge at the Court of Monza from 1993 to 2005 and was appointed to the Court of Appeals in 2005. During his ten years of experience in the judiciary, he served as a delegated judge in the Bankruptcy Section, as well as an enforcement judge and judge in the Business Section of the Court of Monza. Alberto resigned from the judiciary in 2005 and joined the Milan Bar Association.In 2005, Alberto founded the Roda S.t.p. Law Firm and then co-founded RR Legal Roda - Regis Avvocati Associati in 2016 and Cosmo Legal Group in 2020. In 2025, he co-founded Circle Legal Group. Alberto regularly assists domestic clients in insolvency proceedings and restructuring operations, including through the use of negotiated settlement of corporate crises, certified recovery plans, restructuring agreements, and composition with creditors, combining these corporate crisis resolution tools with the completion of extraordinary transactions such as, for example, the purchase, sale, lease of companies and/or business units, mergers, or demergers. Alberto receives assignments from bankruptcy trustees or other supervisory bodies in the context of corporate crisis proceedings, as well as from directors, statutory auditors, and auditors with regard to defense in corporate liability actions.n Over time, Alberto has gained extensive experience in civil litigation and arbitration, thanks in part to his previous work as a magistrate.
His non-litigation assistance and consulting services are specifically aimed at companies operating in the industrial or commercial sectors and in the field of auditing. Alberto was educated in Italy, graduating with honors in law from the University of Milan. He passed the national magistrate exam, ranking second in the Milan Court of Appeal. He is the author of numerous publications on insolvency and enforcement in specialized journals and regularly participates in conferences and seminars in Italy as a speaker. Alberto speaks Italian and is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
