Alberto Roda is an experienced civil lawyer specializing in corporate crisis resolution, bankruptcy law, corporate law, and real estate. Alberto served as a judge at the Court of Monza from 1993 to 2005 and was appointed to the Court of Appeals in 2005. During his ten years of experience in the judiciary, he served as a delegated judge in the Bankruptcy Section, as well as an enforcement judge and judge in the Business Section of the Court of Monza. Alberto resigned from the judiciary in 2005 and joined the Milan Bar Association.In 2005, Alberto founded the Roda S.t.p.
